Revered is the PS5 physical collector’s set. The standard and Devout editions are the digital choices offered across the announced launch platforms.

Revered Edition versus Devout Edition

Do not confuse the editions: Revered is presented as the physical PS5 collector’s edition, while Devout is a digital deluxe edition associated with an Obsidian skin set for all eight playable Shells.

Devout pre-purchasers could receive up to 72 hours of early access, but Mortal Shell II launched generally on August 20, 2026. That early-access offer is therefore historical, not a current post-launch benefit.

Before you buy the collector's edition

For a complete copy, the platform should be PS5 and the physical contents should include the artbook, steelcase, and fine art prints, plus the retailer's listed digital extras. For resale listings, ask whether the game disc, packaging region, redemption-code region, and listed extras are included and unused.

Be cautious with listings that call a standard copy “Revered,” substitute the digital Devout skin set for the physical contents, or promise a restock date without a first-party notice. A photo of a steelcase is not proof that the artbook, prints, or digital code are present.
